Where is the festival held?
The festival is held in the beautiful North Yorkshire dales just outside of Skipton, easily accessible both by car and public transport (a five minute taxi ride from Skipton train station). The address and exact location is included on your e-ticket or mobile-ticket.
When is Summer Saturnalia?
Summer Saturnalia festival will take place on the 20th, 21st and 22nd of July 2012.
How much are tickets?
We have three sets of
tickets to release, when we run out of tickets on the first release we will start to then offer the next release and so on. Tickets include a full weekends admittance and includes camping and parking

1st release- £55 + BF SOLD OUT
Full Price - £60 + BF
BF = Booking fee
Can I pay at the gate?
No this is a ticket only event, if you turn up without a ticket you will be turned away.
Any age restrictions?
Yes. Summer Saturnalia festival is, for the time being, an over-18 only event. We are looking into more facilities for families and children and are open to ideas; if you wish to discuss an idea then contact us via this
form.

Ive applied to perform, when will I hear anything?
We aim to contact everyone in April, if you haven't heard anything by May the first then please get in touch using the
contact form.
How are you fixed for stewards/volunteers/etc? I'd love to get involved!
There certainly are lots of opportunities to get involved - from a few hours stewarding to helping us run the arenas. Use the
contact form and one of our team will contact you in due time.

What are the opening times?
The camp-site will open to ticket holders on Friday 20th July at 10:00, the main arena will then open at 12:00 on the Friday. Entertainment will finish at 00:00 Monday 23rd and the camp-site will close at 16:00. Everyone must have vacated the site by this point.
Is there security?
Yes. Summer Saturnalia Festival is produced for the enjoyment of all those persons who attend. The licence is granted under strict conditions of attendance and public safety, prevention of disorder and prevention of public nuisance. Any person who disrupts the festival will leave themselves liable for eviction from site. The decision as to the eviction will be at the discretion of the security staff.
Is there a bar?
Yes. We have our own Saturnalia bar which also doubles up as an acoustic stage. Please note that I.D. may be required if you're lucky enough to look under 21.
Can I bring my pet dog?
No animals are allowed onsite at all other than registered guide and hearing dogs.

I want to create a mix for the mix series, how do I apply?
Can I make a camp-fire?
No. Fire is strictly prohibited and is a condition of us using our beautiful site.
Will there be information available on-site?
Yes. There will be information boards at Saturnalia HQ which will include the latest running order information and other general information on all on-site services, facilities and entertainment.
I have lost my ticket, what can I do?
Please contact

Will the band stage times be made available prior to Saturnalia?
No. All stage times will be available on-site.
Can I charge my mobile at Saturnalia?
Yes. We will have a mobile phone charging point located within the bar.
